Working Principle
Wet rice is uniformly distributed on the uniformly moving stainless steel net belt by a special feeding machine (net belt is made of SUS304 stainless steel,and in line with food-grade requirements with long service life), the net belt carrying wet rice uniformly moves forward into the drying chamber driven by the frequency control motor . Drying chambers are composed of a number of drying units, each unit has independent hot a ir circulation and free adjustment and control of temperature, wet a ir is exhausted out by the exhausting fan(exhausting Moisture capacity can be adjusted and controlled), the hot air heated by heat exchanger goes through the wind distribution plate by the guidance of c irculation fan, and exchanges heat with wet rice and takes away the moisture in the rice. Drying chambers are equipped with a number of flipping devices so that a ll the rice can contact with the hot a ir uniformly and drying effect is improved. The finished rice a fter drying falls into rice collector continuously.
